Meet Our Veterinary Team

Dr. W. Aaron Cline

Dr. W. Aaron Cline

DVM, Owner and C.E.O.

Dr. Cline is a lifelong resident of Goldsby OK. He graduated from Norman High School in 1981. He attended Oklahoma University pursuing a Zoology degree when he was accepted into the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1985, where he graduated with Honors, including the Upjohn Award for Outstanding Clinical Proficiency, in the spring of 1989.

After working as an equine and mixed animal practitioner in other areas, Dr Cline returned home to Goldsby Oklahoma where he purchased what was once part of his families original homestead and built Southwest Veterinary Hospital, opening in the fall of 1993.

Dr Cline raised three children as a single parent, with a vast amount of help from his extended family. All are collage graduates, and he middle son recently joined the practice as of June 1, 2021, to make the 2nd “Dr. Cline”

Dr. Caleb Cline was raised in Goldsby, Oklahoma and attended Norman North High School, graduating class of 2011, where he excelled in leadership organization and Athletics. A two sport athlete, Caleb was an undefeated heavy weight state champion wrestler his senior year; however, he accepted a full scholarship at Nicholls State University in Thiboaux, Louisiana to play football, a sport in which he was consensus all state as well. Caleb started 29 games at Nicholls State, all the while receiving a Bachelors of Science in Biology, with a focus on pre-veterinary medicine.

After graduating with honors from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2021, he returned home to practice with his father at Southwest Veterinary Hospital.

Caleb married his long time girlfriend of 11 years on July 07, 2021. They will reside here in Norman, Oklahoma. Caleb has returned to the staff at Southwest Veterinary Hospital as a associate doctor after working here for several years while growing up.

Caleb enjoys being outdoors and is very active in fishing, hunting and kayaking.

Dr. Elise Stewart

DVM

Dr. Elise Stewart grew up on a farm in rural Indiana. After graduating high school, she spent four years in the Navy as a radar operator on the P3-Orion. She also met her husband while being stationed in Hawaii together.

Once completing her tour in the Navy, she went on to obtain her undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences from the University of West Florida, where her husband was stationed. Dr. Stewart attended vet school at Oklahoma State University. After graduating in 2022, she went on to practice at a mixed animal clinic in Ada, Oklahoma, before joining Southwest Veterinary Hospital.

In her free time, she likes camping, hiking, competing in triathlons, and spending time with her husband and her new baby girl.

Comptroller

Kayla grew up in Norman OK. and moved to Goldsby, Ok. in 1975. Kayla attended and graduated from Norman Public Schools. She began working in the food brokerage industry, the 2nd largest brokerage in Oklahoma City, and continued for 11 years, acting as the office manager. After leaving the brokerage company in 1995, Kayla began working for her brother, Dr. Aaron Cline, at Southwest Veterinary Hospital and started as a kennel technician. Since, she has worked her way up to office manager and at the end of September 2023, Kayla plans to take a partial retirement and cut down her hours to 20 hours per week.

Registered Veterinary Technician and Manager

Tristen started with this practice in November of 2013 as a kennel tech. She went on to graduate from OSU-OKC with a Registered Veterinary Technician degree in May of 2020 while still holding her job here at the practice! In addition to her degree, Tristen is very knowledgeable in computers technology! She and her husband live in rural Oklahoma, where they just welcomed their first child. They still have their personal zoo, with 5 dogs, 2 cats, a bearded dragon, chickens and ducks.

Registered Veterinary Technician

Alyssa grew up in Oklahoma City an graduated from Westmore High School in 2012. She then went to Veterinary Technician School at Heritage College and graduated in 2016. Alyssa joined the Southwest Veterinary Hospital team in 2017. Alyssa spends her time off raising her two sons who are 12 and 2 years old. Alyssa has two cat Maggie and Moon Light who keep her on her toes.

Registered Veterinary Technician

Kayren grew up in Davis, OK. She graduated from Murry State Collage in 2012 as a Registered Vet Technician (RVT). She was previously employed at Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, OK. She worked with lab animals such as rats, mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, baboons and pigs and goats. She started here in July of 2023.

As a single mother, she stays active with her three children who are ages 2, 5 and 8 years old. She is a animal lover of all kinds, but mainly dogs.

Registered Veterinary Technician

Ashland joined the practice in August 2025. She graduated from OSU-OKC Veterinary Technician School in 2019. While she was in school she worked full time at an animal emergency center. In 2020 she and her husband welcomed their first child, and Ashland stayed at home to raise their son the last 5 years. Ashland has maintained her license and is ready to continue her passion for caring for animals.

Pharmacy Technician

Allison recently joined our team in January 2026, and is a pharmacy technician. She was raised in Mustang, OK where she showed pigs and sheep in high school which began her love for animals. Allison worked for Walgreen’s Pharmacy for many years, but took some time off to be with her family. She is glad to be back in the pharmacy field and help our clients. Allison enjoys summer time and spend time with her husband and four children.

Receptionist

Tricia joined our team in November 2025. Tricia lives in Bradley, OK with her husband, German Shepherd, Trigger, and cat, Charlie. They have two sons, one is in college at OSU and the other resides in Tahlequah. Tricia has worked various jobs, but the one that stood out was her position as a veterinary receptionist. Tricia is excited to be back in the field and is ready to build client relationships with our clients at Southwest Veterinary Hospital.

Alicia is a receptionist, where she helps keep things running smoothly for our clients, patients, and medical team. She loves working with animals and the people who care for them, and she takes pride in being a calm, friendly first point of contact. When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find her outside gardening, tackling DIY projects, or spending time with her dog, Willow.

Kim has been with us for about a year as a part time receptionist. She was raised in Wannett Ok where she attended high school. She has a twin sister named Karri that lives in Norman Ok! Kim has raised 3 children in rural Oklahoma. She loves to works in her yard, and flower beds! She is a “Big OU Sooners fan!

Abigail joined the Southwest Veterinary Hospital team on March 7th, 2024. She grew up in Norman raising livestock and has always had a passion for animals. Abigail graduated through Epic Charter School and went to Moore Norman Technology Center her senior year to get a Veterinary Assistant Certification.

Kyleigh joined Southwest Vet in September 2025 she is a Certified Veterinary Assistant, she earned this certification through Mid-America Technology Center. Kyleigh was raised in Purcell, she grew up playing sports throughout junior high and high school and also raised and showed pigs during her high school years. Her background reflects a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a long-standing passion for animal care.

Assistant and Receptionist

Lindsey grew up in Dibble, OK and graduated from World Life Academy in 2013. She went on to get an Associates degree from OCCC, and a Bachelors degree from Oklahoma University. In 2023 she started her career in Veterinary Medicine working as a receptionist and kennel technician. She joined Southwest Vet in July 2025. Lindsey enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family and friends. She also enjoys being outdoors with her three beagles.
