Meet Our Veterinary Team
W. Aaron Cline
DVM, Owner and C.E.O.
Dr. Cline is a lifelong resident of Goldsby OK. He graduated from Norman High School in 1981. He attended Oklahoma University pursuing a Zoology degree when he was accepted into the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1985, where he graduated with Honors, including the Upjohn Award for Outstanding Clinical Proficiency, in the spring of 1989.
After working as an equine and mixed animal practitioner in other areas, Dr Cline returned home to Goldsby Oklahoma where he purchased what was once part of his families original homestead and built Southwest Veterinary Hospital, opening in the fall of 1993.
Dr Cline raised three children as a single parent, with a vast amount of help from his extended family. All are collage graduates, and he middle son recently joined the practice as of June 1, 2021, to make the 2nd “Dr. Cline”
Caleb Cline
DVM
Dr. Caleb Cline was raised in Goldsby, Oklahoma and attended Norman North High School, graduating class of 2011, where he excelled in leadership organization and Athletics. A two sport athlete, Caleb was an undefeated heavy weight state champion wrestler his senior year; however, he accepted a full scholarship at Nicholls State University in Thiboaux, Louisiana to play football, a sport in which he was consensus all state as well. Caleb started 29 games at Nicholls State, all the while receiving a Bachelors of Science in Biology, with a focus on pre-veterinary medicine.
After graduating with honors from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2021, he returned home to practice with his father at Southwest Veterinary Hospital.
Caleb married his long time girlfriend of 11 years on July 07, 2021. They will reside here in Norman, Oklahoma. Caleb has returned to the staff at Southwest Veterinary Hospital as a associate doctor after working here for several years while growing up.
Caleb enjoys being outdoors and is very active in fishing, hunting and kayaking. He is also a promising amateur chef with cooking abilities far beyond his age.
Alyssa P.
Registered Veterinary Technician
Alyssa joined the Southwest Veterinary Hospital on March 10, 2017. Pryor to working here she worked at a specialty practice in the Oklahoma area as a technician.
As a mother of 2 young boys now, she stays extremely busy in her home life. She is soon to marry her boyfriend that she has reunited with after high school. She now has 2 feline fur babies.

Kayren
Registered Veterinary Technician
Kayren grew up in Davis, OK. She graduated from Murry State Collage in 2012 as a Registered Vet Technician (RVT). She was previously employed at Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, OK. She worked with lab animals such as rats, mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, baboons and pigs and goats. She started here in July of 2023.
As a single mother, she stays active with her three children who are ages 2, 5 and 8 years old. She is a animal lover of all kinds, but mainly dogs.
Tristen
Veterinary Technician
Tristen W. started with this practice in November of 2013 as a kennel tech. She went on to graduate from Oklahoma State University/OKC with a Registered Veterinary Technician degree in May of 2020 while still holding her job here at the practice! In addition to her degree, Tristen is very knowledgeable in computers technology! She and her husband purchased a home with land in rural Oklahoma, where they are raising goats and laying hens They still have their personal Zoo, with their 6 dogs, 1 Ferret, 2 Bearded Dragons and numerous Ducks and Geese!
Madison
Hospital Pharmacist
Maddy started at Southwest Veterinary Hospital in August 2022 following her return to Oklahoma after 4 years of living in Kansas.
There, she was a pharmacy technician and now holds two state licenses and is nationally certified. She is currently attending OCCC in pursuit of her bachelors degree in chemistry while being our scheduler and assisting in the pharmacy.
Kim
Receptionist
Kim has been with us for about a year as a part time receptionist. She was raised in Wannett Ok where she attended high school. She has a twin sister named Karri that lives in Norman Ok! Kim has raised 3 children in rural Oklahoma. She loves to works in her yard, and flower beds! She is a “Big OU Sooners fan!
Lacie
Scheduler
Lacie has also been a part of the Southwest family since July 2023. She is from Shawnee, OK. and graduated from Epic Charter School with a 3.7 cumulative GPA. Lacie has been in the veterinary field since since 2020, but prior to working with animals, she was employed at a Child Development Center in Oklahoma City, OK. Lacie is the mother of a sweet boy named Hunter. She, too, is an animal lover as well as a people person. She is great with people. She makes a forty one (41) mile trip twice each day to come to work . She has proven to be a asset to our team.
Tori
Concierge and Receptionist
Tori started working here in July of 2023. She has grown up around horses all her life. She barrel raced for years on a competitive level from a young age. She is a resident of Norman, OK She has two young boys and has a love for animals. She only has one fur baby that she adopted from the clinic. Liz is living her best life now! Tori started here as a concierge and assisting clients. She has now been promoted to helping out as a receptionist.
Kaylee
Runner and Tech Assistant
Kaylee attend high school at Norma High School in Norman Ok. Upon her graduation in May of 2023 her family move to the Goldsby area to raise their family. She immediately came to work here at Southwest Vet. Hospital. Kaylee has a very kind heart when it comes to the animals and their needs. She has grown up with fur babies in the household and is responsible for their care. Kaylee loves to craft with her mother on some of her project.
Addie
Runner and Tech Assistant
Addie also joined our work family this year. She formally work at a popular green house in the Goldsby OK. area. She is enjoying her senior year at Blanchard High School in Blanchard OK. She has interest in Archery, and is currently participating at a competitive level in high school. She has future plans of attending college upon graduation in 2024. Addie loves being around animal of all type and also enjoys talking to people.
